Step 3 : Print, Embroidery & Garment Treatments

From unique printing and embroidery designs to specialized garment treatments, we enhance every product to meet diverse fashion and textile requirements.

Step 4 : Stitching & Sewing

In our facilities, 50 trained employees work across departments to execute stitching and sewing with unmatched precision. With a weekly production capacity of 5,000-8,000 units, we ensure consistency and efficiency at scale.

Step 5 : Rigorous Quality Control

Every garment undergoes meticulous quality checks at multiple stages of production. From stitching integrity to final inspections, we ensure each unit meets both industry standards and the expectations of our valued clients.

Step 6 : Ironing, Packaging and Delivery

We perform careful ironing and finishing processes to guarantee perfect presentation, followed by eco-friendly packing solutions. Every product is prepared with precision for final delivery. With efficient logistics and timely delivery, we ensure that finished products arrive in perfect condition. Our processes are streamlined to offer seamless service from factory to client.
